By using this website, attending our classes, workshops, or retreats, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using this site or participating in any offerings.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend classes, workshops, or retreats, unless otherwise stated. Minors must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health and Safety

By participating in yoga classes, you acknowledge that you are in suitable health to practice yoga. It is your responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any yoga program. BFF Method and its instructors are not responsible for any injury or health condition that may arise from participation.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings for classes, workshops, and retreats must be made in advance via our website. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Classes and Workshops: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or workshop are non-refundable.
Retreats: Deposits for retreats are non-refundable. Full cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the start of the retreat for a partial refund (minus deposit).

Refunds are not available for no-shows or missed sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of BFF Method unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from BFF Method.

8. Limitation of Liability
